HANDBAGS & POUCHES:

If there is a construction problem: (1) After you have contacted AHBag Co and received a reply about the issue, you may return the unused item via USPS Priority shipping within 5 business days of your receiving the item. (2) Upon inspection of the bag and it is agreed that there is a construction issue, the full cost of the purchase price and return shipping costs will be refunded.

 

ALL  ITEMS  ARE  INSPECTED  PRIOR  TO  SHIPMENT.   The item must be returned in the same clean condition that it was received in and the bag must not have any smoke or food related odors to receive refund.   If after inspection the return has not met these requirements there will not be a refund issued.  Again, all products are inspected for construction imperfections prior to listing and prior to shipping. Please note that only authentic vintage materials were used to construct the exterior of your bag. These are time-worn textiles that have histories all their own. Any distinguishing characteristics are purposely incorporated into your bag making it truly unique and one of a kind.

HANDMADE COTTAGE GOODS:
If there is a construction problem: (1) You must contact AHBC with the issue. (2) Upon inspection of the item, the full cost  of the purchase price and return shipping costs will be refunded if deemed that there is a construction problem. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. (3) The returned item must be made within 5 business days and sent in the same clean condition that it was received in. The object must not have any smoke or food related odors to receive refund. If after inspection the return has not met these requirements there will not be a refund issued. Any imperfections in the vintage goods used to craft your item was purposely left in its construction.

ANTIQUE / VINTAGE ITEMS:

All sales are final, non refundable and non exchangeable. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged. If you wish to insure the package before delivery you will need to contact us prior to the purchase.
